The White Birch Retreat is a ranch style house up the street from Murdie’s Store in Minerva. This is less than 9 miles from the ski area. For those visiting the area this a great place to kick off from to visit the Camps Baco and Cha-na-wah in the summer. The retired fireman from New York has put his heart and soul into redoing this home. New vinyl siding has been put up with insulation underneath. The exposed basement walls have been painted. The hardwood floors have been upgraded and look great. The fireplace, in the living room adds great charm to the north end of the home. The bedrooms in the south end of the house have new linens and bedspreads. The appliances have been updated in the last two years. Sporty’s restaurant is across the street. The back yard is a great place to let the kids have some fun in the snow. Minerva Lake is less than a mile away for ice fishing or ice skating.
