Sandy’s place was finished in the summer of 2008. You could be one of the lucky first renter’s. We are tickled to death to add this home to our list of rentals. A new owner means new ideas and special touches. Art’s interior decorator has finished this home with some nice upgrades that will put smiles on the faces of all guests. The entrance way into the finished basement has a clock room for skis, boots, and clothing. The washer/dryer room is tucked away in the back corner with lots of privacy. The family room features two sections. One area has a TV and a seating area with new style bunk beds that have futons on the bottom and a twin bed up top. For larger groups this is good extra bedding. There is also a small gas wood stove close to the TV. The other side of this 800 Square foot area has a ping pong table for the competitive folks in the group. Going up the stairs one will find a lovely kitchen with an island, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a door out to the deck and the stairs going down to the parking area outside. This new home is a mile from North Creek and three miles to the ski area. There are 6 restaurants within three miles for those who want to go out to dinner. There is a nice queen bedroom with a common bathroom just off the kitchen. The living area and dining area finish off the main floor space. There is a large gas fireplace recessed into the wall. The upper level features a queen bedroom, a bathroom, and a bedroom with two twins. No one will ever be disappointed when they invest in a rental in this home.
