Jane’s View is a lovely new log cabin that has more glass than most homes to enjoy the spectacular views from every window. In addition the home is barrier free and is handicap accessible. The entrance way goes into a 30’ enclosed porch. In the back hallway are ski racks, a room with washer/dryer and plenty of space to handle the rest of your gear. The main floor bathroom has a walk-in shower designed to be handicap accessible. The TV room attached has two pull out couches. The living, dining and kitchen areas features an open space with floor to cathedral ceiling windows and a wood burning stove. Leather sofas and several antique pieces of furniture complement the setting. A large expandable dining table and a fully furnished kitchen complete the virtual tour of the main level. Upstairs the master suite has a private balcony, bathroom with oversized shower and opposing shower heads, and a king bed with goose down comforters. On the lower level is a completely furnished a efficiency kitchen, dining area, living area with TV, bathroom and three more good sized bedrooms. It also has lots of windows with its own doorway and small deck. Gore Mountain Ski Area is 5.5 miles away and Lake George is less than a half hour away. There are a couple of good restaurants inside a few miles. The way the house is set up, it makes for an ideal multi-generational rental. There is room to spend time with the family and share time together, yet space for quiet reading or computer work, and plenty of room elsewhere for games and puzzles.
