What a great job these new homeowners have done to completely redo a 3-bedroom ranch into a lovely new home.  The old owners would never recognize their former residence.  The kitchen has all new cabinets to go with the new hardwood floors.  The bathroom was stripped and completely redone.  We are tickled to death to be handling this new rental home.  For those of you that would prefer a home in the woods with a nice yard, this is a must see.  New furniture throughout the home is just an added bonus.This summer the owners added a fourth bedroom, a second bath, put in a down stairs lounge with 35" TV, added a propane wood stove, installed 2 large video games, and put the washer dryer in a hide-a-way closet. The new basement area looks great. The new outside door leads to the lawn and a new gym set. This is the house for families that want their kids to be able to play out in a safe environment. The have also added some trails to the 65 acres of land. Feel free to snowshoe, cross-country ski or jog in the summer. 2 miles to Gore Mountain and 30 minutes to Lake George. This is a great year round rental.
