When you walk in the front door of this lovely home you will think that you are the first renter. The house is just a short distance from the most private lake in the Adirondack Mountains, Friends Lake. You will also be about a half mile from one of the best restaurants in the Adirondack Mountains, Friend’s Lake Inn. The reviews we have on the house prove our point. This is fairly new construction, but our guests have treated the home like it was their own.
You start in the living room with a cathedral ceiling, lovely furniture and a gas fireplace. Look straight through the house to the ultra modern kitchen with a washer-dryer/pantry hidden just off the kitchen. The other side of the house has a large dining room that features a long table with ten chairs. Off the living room hallway is the half bath and then the master suite with a lovely queen bedroom and private bath. Upstairs are three nice sized bedrooms and a large full sized bathroom. The propane grill is in the enclosed screen porch off the dining room.
The house is fully furnished with all the kitchen utensils you will need for an enjoyable stay. All rentals come with linens and towels. Be sure to make your reservations for the Friend’s Lake Inn. There is seldom room for a last minute dinner reservation. Their cross country ski trails are less than a mile away.
The house has lake rights to Friends Lake. There is a nice beach just a walk away, or for several homes parking for three or four cars.
